Dhama Chaukdi is the story of four underworld dons - Mani Aiyer from Madras (Mukesh Tiwari), Pappu Yadav from Bihar (Akshay Yadav), Lallan Pyare from UP (Deepak Chauhan) and Sanjay Apte from Aamchi Mumbai (Yadhuveer Yadav) - who are staunch enemies having businesses in Mumbai.
