The public at large is hereby informed that it has come to our attention that some fraudulent individuals/ companies are wrongfully portraying and misrepresenting themselves to be associated with Eros Now. These fraudulent individuals/ companies are contacting the users through Telegram and/ or other similar platforms and are using forged documents, letterheads, contact details and other means of communications bearing the name of “Eros Now” and are directing users to fake websites with an intent to deceive them into investing monies/ making payments under the pretext of fake schemes, investments and/ or offers.

We would like to clarify that: (i) Eros Now and/ or any of its affiliates or representatives have no connection whatsoever with these fraudulent individuals/ companies and these fradulent individuals/ companies are nowhere associated or connected with Eros Now in manner whatsoever; (ii) Eros Now has not authorized and/ or are not offering any such purported schemes, investments and/ or offers as are being fraudulently circulated in its name by the fraudulent individuals/ companies; and (iii) any communications addressed under the name of Eros Now asking to invest any amounts under the pretext of lucrative schemes, investments and/or offers are entirely false, misleading and fraudulent and is not initiated/ offered by Eros Now and/ or its group entities.

In view of the aforesaid, the public at large is hereby cautioned and are requested to take appropriate steps to verify the authenticity of any such communications purporting to be from Eros Now or its affiliates before making any payments.

This Caution Notice is being issued in the interest of the general public at large and to prevent any further instances of cheating, fraud and misrepresentation.
