Ravi (Prasanna) lands with a job in Trust Bank, Chennai, after he helps its CEO Vishwanath (S P Balasubrahmanyam), whose valuable documents are robbed from him when he is playing golf at a recreation club in Coimbatore. Ravi aspires to start his own business, but Vishwanath urges him to work for a while in his bank, gather experience and muster finance before venturing to start independent business. Meanwhile Ravi, who is in-charge of security system in the bank, develops a fool-proof method and urges Vishwanath to declare that his bank operations are safest in the world. Ravi comes across a journalist Nandhini (Ramya). He falls for her instantly after coming to know that she is a divorcee. When they spend a night in a sea shore, Ravi is attacked by a gang headed by Nandhini's ex-husband. But when he reaches his house, all troubles start. Fareed (Sibiraj), an outlaw informs Ravi that Nandhini's ex-hubby is killed by him and threatens him with photographs of Ravi bashing him at the beach. Fareed manages to make Ravi agree for a plan in order to save him from being arrested by the police for committing a murder. He hatches a conspiracy to rob the Trust bank and seeks Ravi's help. When he resists, he kidnaps Nandhini and threatens to end her life. Ravi eventually agrees to his plans.. With no other option, he sits down to draw a blue print and head the mission to rob the bank. Inba (Shaam) is a rough character who works under Priya's brother (Arun Pandiyan) as a body guard of Priya (Sneha). Priya is an usurious girl, spending most of the time with her friends and absenting herself from the college several times. Hence Arun Pandiyan employa Inba, his faithful servant to guard Priya's activities. Priya insults him several times since she was not interested in somebody guarding her all the time. However at one point of the story Priya is saved by Inba from a gang that is to murder her. The incident develops love in Priya's heart. Priya exposes her love to Inba where Inba refuses it. In the meantime, Arun Pandiyan comes to know about the love affair and opposes it by beating up Inba. Priya chases Inba to prove her true love for him. Finally, Inba reveals the true reason for not accepting her love opening up a flash back. The flash back opens with Inba's school days. Inba has been a genius boy scoring top marks in his lessons. Jyothi (Poornitha) who is jealous upon him plays with him in the name of love and cheats him. This makes Inba lose concentration in his studies and Jyothi then dies. Inba is then sent for jail for the murder which he was at no fault. Returning back he finds his mother and sister helpless and does some work to earn them food and then joins Arun Pandian's Group. He concludes that he is not interested in falling in the hands of rich girl's false love and leave his family unguarded again. Priya makes him understand his love and finally succeeds in his love after crossing all the hurdles and obstacles laid by Arun Pandiyan. more»
