Mukhtiar Chadha is the story of a Sikh kid who feels he lost his father due to their poverty. The only thing he has in his mind growing up is to make money either by hook or by crook. It's Rocking - Dard-E-Disco is the story of two fun-loving brothers. Rambo (Aryeman Ramsay), and Rocky (Akshay Kapoor), who dream of opening their own discotheque like the happing Dard-E-Disco, owned by disco king DK (Bappi Lahiri). They try to touch base with DK but his secretary, Johny (Asrani), will not let them enter the discotheque without an invitee pass.
