Chakravyuh is the story of two best friends: Adil and Kabir. Adil Khan, a highly decorated police officer is posted to Nandighat, after a horrifying massacre of 84 policemen. Vijay (Aasad MIrza) is a young boy who is molested by a prostitute when he is forcibly taken to the red-light area by his school friends. He escapes from there but the molestation leaves him so traumatized that he develops fear and his affects his interaction with girls. The story begins with a group of government officers who come to list the number of devastated houses. The officers promised them to give a big amount to build their house but in exchange for a little amount to register their name. So the illiterate villagers, who wants to make easy money, demolish their house. The officers turn out to be frauds.
