Dr. Krishna (S. V. Ranga Rao) is a noble person who is enriched with human values & norms and dedicated his life to his hospital. Krishna is making research on inventing an anti-polio medicine. Dr. Vijay (N. T. Rama Rao) the grandson of Zamindar Padmasri Sivaramakrishna Prasad (Relangi) is a medical graduate, he still enjoys the life in the frolic. Vijay & Parvati (Jamuna), only daughter of Dr. Krishna always get into petty quarrels. Once, Dr. Krishna visits a seaside resort for rest when he gets a severe breathing attack. At the same time, Vijay also meets with an accident and the oxygen cylinder which was brought for Dr. Krishna is utilized for Vijay. By which, Dr. Krishna dies and his hospital & patients become an orphan. After coming to consciousness, everybody starts blaming Vijay and Parvati sees him as a demon. Desperate Vijay feels that he is responsible for Dr. Krishna s death. On the advice of a nurse Sarada (Surabhi Balasaraswathi), Vijay decides to replace Dr. Krishna position by walking in his footsteps and joins as a doctor in his hospital. In the beginning, no one likes him but he endures all the insults and makes himself recognized as a good doctor. But he feels something else is lacking behind to follow the ideologies of Dr.Krishna. Then Sarada informs him regarding a diary of Dr.Krishna. Vijay requests Parvati to give it, but she refuses and hands it over to the hospital. As it is in code language, nobody can understand and throws it into the dustbin. Vijay acquires it after a great deal of dedication he decodes it. Now he wants to reveal it to Parvati, but she is not ready to listen, tries to run away and meets with an accident when she loses her eyesight. At present, the blames on Vijay increases but takes up with cheer and start serving Parvati by introducing himself as Shekar. Meanwhile, Vijay successfully completes Dr. Krishna's research which Parvati does not accept, she accompanies with remaining doctors, makes a complaint to the medical board that Vijay has stolen Dr. Krishna's diary and completed the research. The inquiry is held, everybody accuses him as a criminal and he is terminated from the medical services. After that judgment, Vijay wants to speak a while, he shows all the people whom Dr. Krishna helped in his entire life without giving his identity and also reads the diary which was nothing but adage of human values which tells how much happiness an individual gets while performing work without selfishness. Here everyone understands Vijay's virtue including Parvati, she also learns that Vijay is only Shekar and says sorry to him. At last, Parvati gets back her eyesight and the movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Vijay & Parvati. more»

"Kochukunju (Prithviraj) is the spoiled son of the Vadakkan Veettil family in Taliparamba, Kannur. He is the son of Kathreena (Ambika), who believes that his father David (Saikumar) has died (his life was actually spared by the killer sent by his brothers to kill him). Kochukunju is hated by everyone in his family because they want to divide the Vadakkan Veetil property and engage in some business and he is a barrier for them.It is revealed that Kochukunju knows the whereabouts of both his dad and Neelan, the killer who spared his dad. His dad promises him to return one day.All of his cousins hate him, except the one who comes to know about his honesty. The brother engages in a brawl in a hotel killing his opponent. He realizes that it is Kochukunju's hotel and he is not what he seems to be. Kochukunju is about to take the blame for his brother as he did in childhood but is stopped by his friend the Manager (Sudheesh), who takes the blame instead. Kochukunju fights for the manager in court. His brother comes home and confesses to his mother that he is not what he seems to be, and the tears she has shed for many years have not gone to waste as he turns out to be good. He also confesses to the theft he did years backHis mother and uncle (Vijayraghavan) trick him into going to a rehabilitation center, where he makes the owner and doctor drink. He says he doesn't need rehabilitation and will stop if his mother tells him so.In the jail, the Manager is beaten up by three rogues, leading to his hospitalization. He stops Kochukunju from retaliating.Helen, his fiancee, and cousin urges him to tell all, where the flashback of the three rogues is revealed. Bhai is a do-gooder for the people of Dubai, while his three sons are the rogues. Kochukunju once saves him in an accident and becomes his right hand. Bhai trusts him more than his sons, and he puts his wealth in Kochukunju's name, helped by his lawyer. The sons kill the father and put the blame on Kochukunju, who is spared after proving his innocence. The sons get jailed. Kochukunju is waiting for the day they come out and he can hand them their property. But they come out and kill the lawyer, and both Nandu and Kochukunju decide to kill them. He kills them and returns to Kerala.His brothers try to kill him by sending out a rogue, who is defeated, and the truth is brought out. They did it for the property. He tells them to take whatever they want, and that he does not need a penny, except for his mother and Helen.The day arrives when the property is divided, and a stranger buys their whole property. The person is a benaami and a real owner is a big person, who then comes out, i.e., David and his wife are shocked. He introduces himself, and everyone is shocked. He tells them he did not come for their money or wealth, although the only one with the right to it is Kochukunju. He reveals that Kochukunju is the real owner who bought all the property and is not the loser that they think he is. He had acted in front of them for this long but became a successful businessman.He also says that Kathreena's brothers sent out a man to kill him. She and her brothers ask for forgiveness.He comes to their room where his photo is displayed with a lit candle. Kochukunju is happy as his father is back now and, with his mother's permission, blows out the candle. Lathika is a working single mother of a son named Jagadish. Sreekumar leaves for the Gulf after a trip back home, and Lathika waits for the day of his return and their impending marriage. Arjunan, a close friend's brother on a fateful rainy day drives Lathika home in his car but the former can not control his feelings and hence rapes her. Lathika becomes pregnant. She moves to a big city to give birth to the child, and her mother passes away in the shock.Back to present, Lathika meets Arjunan, who is now her boss. She and her best friend live together in a hostel. One day Lathika's son contracts fever and is hospitalised. He is moved from the common ward to a private room by Arjunan. Latikha rushes to the room and is taken aback to see first Arjunan and later his mother arrive to take care of her son.One day by chance her ex-lover (cousin) Sreekumar finds out about Lathika's tribulations after he left for the Gulf, and in anger he beats up Arjunan. Sreekumar apologizes to Lathika and asks her to attend his own wedding. Lathika returns to her hometown and reunites with her aunt and grandmother.
